- Payment methods
- Credit cards and other methods available on the Stripe payment screen

- Payment is completed when you finish the purchase.
- Delivery
- Coins are added to your balance as soon as payment is completed.
- Returns and cancellations
- As these are digital items, purchases can't be returned or cancelled (except as required by law).

- Recent versions of browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox
- Coin issuer
- Being prepared (disclosed without delay upon request)
- Where coins can be used
- Only within the Service, to send gifts to authors registered in the app.
- Coin expiry
- None (unused coins are lost when you delete your account).
- Checking your balance
- Anytime on the Coins screen.
- Coin refunds
- Non-refundable except as required by law. If the Service ends, we will refund in accordance with the Payment Services Act.
